What’s available for rent?

Start a reservation and the booking calendar will show what’s available when.

Will It fit in my car?

All of the equipment fits in a 18” x 18” x 36” locker and weights ~30 lbs.

what's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule anytime outside of 24hrs yourself, no questions asked. We will do our best to accommodate inclement weather.

Where is our locker code?

Look for an email from “wakerack@gmail.com” that is sent one hour before your reservation start time or within minutes if you are inside of one hour at booking.

Why won’t the lock open after entering my code?

After entering the access code, push the lock into the shackle to open it.

Why does air rush out when I disconnect the pump?

Depress the spring plunger in the center of the valve to prevent it from leaking (depress it again when deflating to open the valve)

Can we extend our rental?

Yes, if the equipment is not already allocated to another reservation. Call/Text/Message us to extend at (919) 600-7575
