Weeki Wachee

Weeki Wachee

Spring Hill, Fl

Spring Hill is home to Weeki Wachee Springs and its river that flows to the gulf coast. With put in locations at the Weeki Wachee Springs Park, as well as several locations along the river, there are plenty of options to plan a great day out. With the spring water maintaining a constant 72 degrees year-round providing crystal-clear waters and home to manatees, i's an amazing place in Florida to experience, particularly on those warm summer days.

Falls Lake State Recreation Area

Falls Lake State Recreation Area is a collective of seven access areas scattered around the shoreline of this undeveloped, 12,000-acre reservoir. More than 300 campsites at four of the access areas offer a range of outdoor experience from RV hookups to primitive tent camping and group camps. There are five swim beaches in the recreation area and a number of boating ramps, some reserved for paddlers and non-gasoline powered boats. The Beaverdam access offers a network of mountain biking trails as well as a separate and quiet lake impoundment perfect for paddling, fishing and swimming. The Mountains-to-Sea State Trail winds through parts of the recreation area and is a centerpiece of a network of hiking trails.

"Great experience and great business idea. Super convenient for customers. We just picked up the paddle board directly from a locker, and it was just next to falls lake. They picked our phone call instantly and answered all our questions. The board was of good quality and we enjoyed it a lot. Thanks and we’d definitely try out their Jordan lake and Kerr lake rental in the near future."

"My friend and I have rented from Wake Rack twice now and both times we had great experiences. The owner of the business is so kind and helpful! He went above and beyond with the accommodations. We used the Falls Lake location to pick up our boards from and it was such an easy process. The boards are great quality and its so convenient to inflate them once you get to your destination which is great for people like me who drive a car."
